Little Legacy
Fulfil your duty to your village by collecting items and deciding which should be included in the traditional time capsule. But remember, your choices will affect the people who come after you.
My submission for the Rainbow Jam 22. This is very much a proof of concept demo built as a way to learn some basic 3d modelling skills, so gameplay is thin on the ground. Still, what else are jams for, eh?
Controls:
- Left-click to interact
- Mouse wheel to zoom
- A / D to rotate camera
- W / S to raise / lower camera
Known issues:
- Victory condition is bugged if you play through the game twice. If you'd like to play again, reload.
- Camera controls aren't great
- Omg better creaking SFX required!
- Some items aren't as easy to interact with as they should be

Cute:) IMHO the rotation of the camera should be more smooth, lerped or something. This instant rotation doesnt feel good. But overall nice tiny game.
Yeah I hate doing cameras so put it off until the end of the jam and we all know how that goes… 😬

This is very cute! I didn't fully understand how I opened the door but I was able to open it. The graphics and sound are wonderful.
This is a very cute game and was fun to play! I enjoyed solving the puzzles of how to collect each item. The levers were tricky (until I figured out how to use them). At the end of the game, I chose the two flags and the ring. The door creaking was a bit loud but not as bad as the “Known Issues” lead me to believe 😂

Thanks! Honestly I’d love to create a full game like this one day, just need to up my Blender skills first (and also all my other skills).
Maybe the creaking just got to me more with all the testing I had to do lol.
